I'm not sure what is happening with MYOB Support at the moment, but at this point I think we'll be better served continuing with our v19.16 as a known entity that works and is predictable.
I'm having tickets closed that aren't even related due to them being duplicates...?
Sorry to be a downer but this is an awful start so far.
Looking for something else?
