Authorising Uploaded Invoices

Hi AllWe have a new bookkeeper who has started to upload all of our purchases invoices into MYOB. The General Manager is very old school, we used to have a stamp and he would physically sign off on any invoices before they were entered in MYOB . We are trying to get him to change with the times, but he is having trouble knowing which invoices he has seen and is OK paying. Is there a way where he can digitally "sign off" on the invoices when he views them in MYOB? I've heard this is an option in Xero, but I haven't been able to find it in MYOB.Any help would be very appreciated.RegardsJustin

Hi Jmonty06,Thanks for your detailed post! At the moment, AccountRight doesn’t have a built-in approval stage where users can digitally “sign off” on invoices when viewing them. However, you can link an In Tray document to a purchase, it’s automatically removed from the In Tray. The document is then stored with the bill, and you’ll see an attachment icon on the Bills list , you can open it anytime to view the attached invoice.&nbsp;
