Can not open MYOB online datafile. Error: Unable to connect

Hi,   I have a new computer and I installed MYOB. However, I can not open MYOB online datafile although I can open it from another computer.   Here is the screen Unable to connect after I login  ...

    I have solved the issue. I add my comment for anyone who may have the same problem. What I found in MYOB are:

     

    1. If the user is a new user in data file, I need to reset the password (Click on the link I forgot password), the first password always has  a problem.

    2. I double check between my computer and the new computer, this is what I have ticked and unticked.

    3. My problem happened in Easter time, I feel the something happened in the firewall, so if you enter wrong username and password, there is no message. Instead of that, it just says Unable to connect.
