I suspect it is deliberate to make it as difficult as possible for us to downgrade/cancel so they can squeeze another month or two subscription fees, outrageous!
There is a different phone number to cancel, which they do not advertise.
call 1300 940 281, they will answer. It is a number they don't want you to know
I disputed with the bank and I got all my 3 months worth back
