Thanks for sharing this. I know where you are coming from here. I’m sorry you’ve spent days trying to get through, especially after logging tickets and trying chat.
To cancel your AccountRight subscription, you must speak with our cancellation team by phone. We can’t process cancellations through the Community, chat, or support tickets, and there isn’t another cancellation option.
If you call outside business hours, leave your details for a callback. I understand it isn't ideal right now, but rest assured they are the right team for cancellation.

It is absolutely not ideal
I am calling and calling during business hours and no answer just rings out then dropsI am very close to lodging a complain with the relevant authorities or to proceed legal action against this situtation. Im sure there are many disgruntled customers who will jointly lodge a complain with the relevant authorities so they can review if your process is fair for customers and not deliberately making customers continue to pay when they no longer want to
