It is absolutely not ideal
I am calling and calling during business hours and no answer just rings out then drops
I am very close to lodging a complain with the relevant authorities or to proceed legal action against this situtation. Im sure there are many disgruntled customers who will jointly lodge a complain with the relevant authorities so they can review if your process is fair for customers and not deliberately making customers continue to pay when they no longer want to
