I have heard NOTHING from MYOB - now 10days since I called to cancel my 3 subscriptions. I see my message above was a bit jumbled, because I was so annoyed. I was then late to a dinner gathering with friends because as I was trying to deal with cancelling of my subscriptions. I logged a "downgrade" job and noted as cancelling and have not received any notifications.
I have had 2 of the 3 subs charged on May 2nd, the upcoming one I hope will not be charged and that I have heard from someone to advise the service is ceased.
Please advise, if they are calling, where that might be from as my phone blocked 2 Australian numbers as spam and fraud. Anyhow they do not need to talk to me as the move to Xero was accountant lead and why create friction with your accountant's software.
