Can't get into system. Says Upgrade in process

I pressed on Upgrade notice 3 hrs ago and am getting can't connect/upgrade in progress notice.   I have logged out, turned off computer and reset internet but nothing helps. I need to work!  Help ...

Thanks so much.  Just gone back into computer and all seems to be working. A great relief!
