Card audit log?

Hi, is there any sort of audit report that will show who has changed details in a card?  more specifically the contact details in a Customer card?  one of ours has been mysteriously changed and all the auto reminders have gone to a random email address for 4 months!  Nobody seems to know who the person is or why it was changed, which is funny but also really rather annoying...   Thanks

    Hi Jody28.

     

    Currently, there isn't an audit trail for when customer card details are updated. I understand how useful this feature would be, so I recommend posting this suggestion on the Ideas Exchange board. This way, other users can vote for it, and it might be considered for a future update.



    In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you need any other help.
