Change my subscription

Im at my wits end finding someone to help me with my subscription. My original software I paid for back in 2006, then in 2019 they transferred me to to the MYOB Account Live version that went from $2...

Given that you first bought in 2006, you should have a Perpetual licence, which means you can revert to your old software and continue for free.
