Change of owner

    Thanks Jem. I am trying to change the owner. The information requires me to contact MYOB. I have lodged a support request and tried to call and been placed on hold a number of times, before the phone drops out.

    Can I get someone from MYOB to contact me?

      Hi MeliC,

       

      I can see that it's the file online owner that you would like to change. A change of details form might be needed to process your request, Since you have already created a support request, I highly suggest to check the update from time to time as request are being attended depends on when they were received.
