Generally, to update the account's owner, we follow a security protocol that involves communication with the primary contact listed on the account. This ensures the utmost data security. In instances where the primary contact is unable to reach out, we can facilitate the completion of a change of details form to update the necessary information.
In your specific case, if you happen to be the primary contact, we can proceed with the process of changing and granting access to the administrator user to become the owner.
