Changing Card Details for payments to MYOB

Good Afternoon - can anyone give me some direction on how to change the bank card on our MYOB subscription for direct debit payments?  Thanks

    Hi Tilly3

     

    You can update the card used for your MYOB subscription online:

    1. Log in to My Account at https://myaccount.myob.com using the email that’s the primary/billing contact.
    2. If you’ve got more than one business, pick the right one at the top.
    3. Click View payment details, then Edit.
    4. Choose the payment method, pop in the new card or bank details, agree to the terms (for direct debit), and click Save.

    From there, we’ll use the new details for your next subscription payment.
