Closure of business

Hi Team

We have sold our business and the new owner is not using myob so we are in the process of closing up myob. I have organised for it to be a the end of the month but I am interested in the "read only" facility that is available. I do not want to do a subscription as I am closing the bank accounts. Can I pay for this in advance?

    Hi CassR,

     

    Good on you for getting everything sorted as you wrap up the business. I know it can be a bit of a mission, so you're doing all the right things already. For the read-only promotion, you'll just need to pop through to our team so they can apply it for you. You can either give them a buzz on 1300 940 281 or submit a case via My Account, whichever's easier for you.

    Hi
    on the 11th of November I sent a query- no reply (which is why I came on here)

    Today I had a call back and we got disconnected and although he said, is this the correct number so if we get disconnected I can call back, he didn't.  Feeling very frustrated with myob at the moment.

    Sorry to hear that happened, we absolutely expect our team to call back if there is a disconnection. I had a quick look at your account and can see that you already got back in touch, so we will make sure that feedback is passed through and a refresher given to the team member who didn't contact you back.
