Just to clear things up, your file hasn't been quietly decommissioned, and we definitely haven't pulled the rug out from under you. Even with a v19 perpetual licence, you can still confirm your file. This one does need to be handled directly by our support team though, as they'll need to check the confirmation status on the backend and guide you through it properly. They've got the right tools to get this sorted. Please give them a call on 1300 793 427 or jump onto live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account. Make sure you let them know exactly what's happening with the confirmation site so they can investigate further.
