Deleting two company names from opening menu list in online file
I have two companies i no longer work for and i would like to remove them from the list in my Online Menu. I have tried following your instructions from your help menu and from a previous Community Hub post however neither option has worked.
When i go to my Library - Accountright File - only my private files are showing and none of the online files are listed.

Just to clarify, if the files are online, they won't show under your Library (that's only for local/private files). To remove an online file from your list, the company file actually needs to be removed from your access. You can't delete or hide them from your end alone.
If you no longer need access, we'll need to get in touch with the file owner (or whoever manages the subscription) to either remove your access or deactivate the file if it's no longer needed.
