Desktop File wont open in Web Browser

I have a desktop AccountRight file that won't open in web browser, keeps giving the message of Something went wrong, if the issue persists, contact MYOB support.

When I try to setup a new user it gives me a message of Unable to invite user - we're still getting your online file ready etc. but this file was created over a year ago.

    I see you're having trouble accessing your desktop file online. Sometimes the "we're still getting your online file ready" message means there’s an issue with the file or its setup.
