Thanks for your post, and Welcome to MYOB Community Forum.
In addition to the information that veeva53 provided, you may also change or update the email address through my.myob from your company file. To do this, go to Setup > User Access > Highlight the User ID and Change the email address entered. Also, you can change it through myaccount.myob.com.

Thanks, but its not a user i'm wanting to change, but the actual email that was used to set up accountright years ago.
