Hi SaifuddinFaizi,
If your team member has lost access to their 2FA and doesn't have any backup codes or phone number set up, the best way to get this sorted is by reaching out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount. They'll be able to verify the account and help reset the 2FA so she can log back in.
