It fixed itself overnight. So can only assume its a bug inherent in the program.

This just happened to us this afternoon. Beginning of the month. Yay. (While I'm at it, why on earth do you schedule planned maintenance for the beginning of the month. I know there's no ideal time but end/beginning of the month has to be the worst time if anything happens to go wrong.)
