Error Message reads - Attempted to divide by zero when trying to save an invoice

Error Message reads - Attempted to divide by zero

 

We have created a large Customers invoice in MYOB and when we tried to save it we got an error message, please see attachment.   We have been able to save it as a quote and order, but not an invoice.   Would appreciate help with this please.

    Hi PIP2,

    Thanks for providing the screenshot, super helpful! Sometimes AccountRight can’t finish a task. Restarting often fixes this by clearing temporary files that may cause errors. When you reopen AccountRight, those files are gone, and hopefully the error is too. If the issue continues, I'd suggest to clear your AccountRight cache: Clearing the AccountRight cache

    Hi Earl,

    I have cleared the Accountright cache, as per the instructions, but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem. Had everyone log out of Accountright, then deleted the file (was only one).   When logging back in still cant save the order to an invoice.
