File stuck in backup
Hi Urgent .... please help I was rolling over for the year when everyone was finished for the day I did a back up, it seemed to stop It then said connection with server lost I then received mess...

I totally get the urgency of your situation. I have reset your company file back to Active. This should allow you to log back into your company file as intended. Please restart AccountRight and then try accessing the file again. Let me know if you continue to encounter any issues.

We now have an issue with our bank register a superannuation payment that was allocated to be withdrawn last week but was on a wrong account was corrected. It has now reappeared since reset and I now can't do anything with it. It is on an account that no longer exists.
Princess_RCan you please urgently fix one of my companies also - as I also have this message about a backup in progress and need to get payroll done ASAP.
