"Flare" onboarding

Also, on another note, privacy act says we cant give out a tax file number. For Flare to see this or give us access to the stapled fund, they will be able to see this. Not a good idea. If anyone does, I suggest making sure the Employee knows you are handing out their TFN to an external entity.
