Thank you for the response. If you want to have a new serial number and a subscription, you can sign up here MYOB Business. But if you have an offline file and it has a serial number, you need to contact our phone support or live chat support so they can add a live subscription for you. You can reach them by going to Contact us - MYOB Support.

The file has been created offline but does not have a SN yet as I don't have a subscription and your help option doesn't seem to provide an easy way to do this for an AR Plus offline newly created file. The phone number is not available at this time of day (WST) so it's been a very frustrating process to try to setup the online file.
