How do I close an entity account no longer needed and stop billing?

Hi,   I am trying to close the file on a eneity I no longer require and stop it on my group monthly billing. Can anyoen point me to the right direction on how to do it?   Regards, Rick

Hi Rick1411, 

 

Thanks for posting your question. 

 

You can remove one of your entities in the file by going to 'my account' and cancelling the subscription from there. Additionally, if you are still having issues canceling the subscription from 'my account', you can create a support ticket directly from there.
