how to restore a backup

am using accounting plus V18 and tried to start a new financial year and it froze during this process did a backup before i started it but now when i try and open the company file it gives a message...

Hi compmorewyong​ 

Use Open and then you will see File name: and AccountRight Data (.MYO) at the bottom of the Open box - change the AccountRight Data (.MYO) to All Files (*.*) using the drop down arrow and you will be able to see the backup.zip file and click on it to open and restore.
