I cannot open sample file use latest myob

Repro steps:

  1. install latest myob version from https://download.myob.com/arl/Current/MYOB_AccountRight.exe
  2. Download https://www.myob.com/au/support/myob-business/get-started/welcome-to-myob-business/using-the-sample-company-file-clearwater?productview=Browser
  3. open above sample file and appear below error.
  4. Why appear below errors, I haven't encountered it before, but I encountered it in the latest update.

    It says my app version is not the latest, but I have already updated it to the latest version.

  • Hi xiaoning1​ - thanks for your post. It seems there's a problem with the sample files provided for download. There will be an AccountRight update tonight that will fix it - so the downloaded sample files will work from tomorrow (Thursday Oct 16).
