Tried calling the help line as no one from MYOB is responding to the forum about MYOB being down "connection error" it goes through the process and then hangs up. I have look at another site and there was a large spike of MYOB issues around 4pm today. This is not okay. I have been getting error reports a couple of times a week for a month or so now. send reports of via email and never get a response. CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE YOU THERE at all.

Additionally, If you are getting different error messages please start a new post on the Community Forum with screenshots of the errors so we can take a look into this for you.

MYOB should be sending out notifications EMAILS ETC to its customers that the system is down. There are alot of people effected and external reporting companies are aware of the issue as they are reporting a complaint spike for MYOB. Can you please advise how long before it is fixed. Will subscription customers be getting a refund considering the system is clearly not working correctly. I have had several error messages for the last month or so. the company keeps increasing the subscription price but keep sending out updates with errors, so it never runs effeciently.
Surely MYOB could be better at communicating these outages? Frustrating waste of time trying to problem solve when it is a wide spread error.
I'm having the same issue in Adelaide - now 4.55pm.
Program not responding - eventually (not all the time) it may come up asking me to login - which is not accepted.
Have tried doing a hard shut down etc - no luck
Does anyone know how long it will be down for?

WA - down all afternoon - not good enough :-(
Webversion says invoice layout not supported so read only.
Yes we have been down since midday in Perth WA, called myob multiple times , no answer , no response , no statement , nothing on either phone or website

Mine's down too.....
About to hit print on 152 invoices.... No option to bulk print from the Web app......
Does your Myob work, mine still doesn't and I've seen on their website that apparently it was restored. I've just tried to log in, and my colleague as well, but it's still not responding, did they restore it?

I keepgetting a connection error and can't open AR. Emails & Google working ok. Is there an issue with AR?
