    Hi Tongil,

     

    The import file format is not related to any subscription issue. You don't need to change the file format of AccountRight's exported data even if it's a text file. You can open it directly in Excel without any modifications. This link has steps that might help you edit the import file successfully.

Hi Genreve_S 

Do you have an answer for the export of files. I am currently stuck on this and have no way of exporting reliable information over to excel to do bulk changes of items 658 in total. Is there a way to successfully export to excel in csv or similar. The TXT file with tabs will push some items into different columns. If done with comma, some descriptions have commas so that does not work.

    Hi Isaiah_C,

    Great link. Worked well. I was trying to import to much information. Just kept it to what was needed to import back to MYOB, what I needed to change and it worked perfectly.
