Am I the only one who has been unable to use accountright since the 1st of May due to a "billing issue" my subscription apparantly is on hold and cannot be changed regardless of the fact the bill is...

You’re not the only one dealing with this. There’s an ongoing issue affecting file access, and our team’s already investigating it. Hopefully that gives you a bit more clarity on why this has been dragging on, and why it’s not just happening on your end.
