Managing Users

Hi I added a new user to access all information. We have 2 entities so I can switch between businesses.   The new user has only got access to one entity and not to both using the web access level...

I will remove her access and resend link.

I am the primary contact to our account.  I started in 2016 and have had this updated with MYOB.  Please help.
