    This is the same process. You can leave out the cancellation, if it does not apply.

Hi Nicmack77, 


Thanks for posting your concern in the forum. 

 

I understand the need to move one of the files to another serial number. If the file is going to move to a New MYOB Business serial number, you can follow these steps. 

  1. Create a backup of the AccountRight company file. 
  2. Create a new MYOB Business subscription. 
  3. Fill out the online form using the serial number of the new Business subscription. 

After these steps, you just need to cancel the current subscription for the old AccountRight file.

    Thank you for your answer.   I don't want to cancel my current subscription just remove one of the company files from it and move it to a standalone subscription.
