Just to clarify, what exactly are they trying to access in my.myob?
- If they're trying to log into their MYOB file, they should use app.myob.com instead.
- If they need to manage their MYOB subscription or billing details, they should go to myaccount.myob.com.

Once you set up a user with their access to MYOB, they'll be able to dive into both the Community Forum and Academy. No need for access to the my.MYOB page for these activities. The my.MYOB page is really just for admins to manage users. They can create an account by either signing up with their email and password or logging in using their existing MYOB login details.
