MYOB Backup states file has never been backed up

Good morning   I've just backed up our myob files yesterday but still getting these messages that it's either never been backed up of the last backup was so many days ago, can you please advise how...

Happening to us too.  Ours isn't at 1671 days yet.  Only about 150 days.

I wonder if this will be fixed before we get there?

Thanks for sharing where you're at with the days stated when backing up your company file. We’re aware of the issue and it’s on the team’s radar, though there isn’t a confirmed fix date yet. If you can reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account, they can tag your account so you’ll get a notification as soon as the fix rolls out.
