MYOB file still restoring after 12 hours - cannot login

Good morning,

I have an urgent problem as we have to run payroll today and our MYOB file is still restoring since yesterday afternoon and we cannot login. Myob phone support has reduced hours and is not contactable. How can a company change all this and have no support available? Can anyone help us to where we can get urgent support to be able to get access to our file? We have lodged a case but last time I had no response for weeks.

    Hi Tilli

     

    Sorry you're stuck with this, especially with payroll due today. I know the wait times have been longer than usual, which hasn't helped.

     

    As the file is still showing as restoring and you still can't sign in, the best next step is to reply to your existing support case or log one through My Account so the team can check the file directly. Alternatively, you can connect with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
