If you moved from V19 to our current versions of AR in December then I would definitely have expected you to receive our communications for these offline changes.
It is unusual to receive the reminder on the 9/6 but not the original message as well.
Let me check on this with the marketing team who sent the communications if we can confirm that you were included and any issues we might be able to see from our side.
In any case, I can certainly apologise that you did not appear to receive the original notice, emails are never a fully reliable means of communication which is why we also have help articles, landing pages and community forum posts to advertise many of our updates, and ensure we are providing every opportunity for our customers to be made aware of changes.
