Myob stuck in "back up in progress"

Hi,

Could you please assist

My Myob file is stuck in backup mode, its need to be reset please - urgent

I did a backup late yesterday, it seemed to stop

Now all I get is backup in progress.

Is there someone that can reset my company file or advise how I can access.

    Hi Jo006,

     

    I had a look on my end but couldn't see any account linked to the email you're using here. The good news is our support team can sort this quickly by running a script to get you back in. Just jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount.
