"Back up in Progress" - Unable to sign in

I cannot sign into my account as I have received the following message:

"This company file is currently backing up.

You can sign in once back up is complete"

 

This has happened numerous times to me (due to internet apparently dropping out during back up).

MYOB need to reset the account for me to sign back in.

As 24/7 support is not available and we run a 7 day a week business, I need access now.

Is there any way MYOB can reset the account now?

    I get how urgent this needs to be resolved, and I've reset your company file back to active. Try logging out and back in to check if everything's okay now. Let me know if you need further help!

      Thank you, I am back in.

      However, is there any way I can have the company file reset on a weekend if this happens again, which is a possibility given I cannot control the NBN issues.
