"Back up in Progress" - Unable to sign in
I cannot sign into my account as I have received the following message:
"This company file is currently backing up.
You can sign in once back up is complete"
This has happened numerous times to me (due to internet apparently dropping out during back up).
MYOB need to reset the account for me to sign back in.
As 24/7 support is not available and we run a 7 day a week business, I need access now.
Is there any way MYOB can reset the account now?
