MYOB Stuck in Backup Process

Hi Everyone

 

I'm having trouble I started my backup this afternoon and it was taking ages and not processing so I closed MYOB and now it's stuck in the back up process and won't let me back in.

 

Can you please help I need to be able to get into my file and get it back up and running before by the morning

    Hi NSC-1,

     

    That 'back up in progress' message usually means we need to run a quick script on our end to clear it. Reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount. They'll be able to resolve it right away.

    I am  unable to login to MYOB due to the error message

    'Backup in progress

    This company file is currently backing up

    You can sign on once the backup is complete.'

    The backup appears to be frozen.

    Can you please reset our file to active to enable login.

    Hi Wrapall2024,

     

    I've run a script on your company file that was stuck in "Back up in progress." Make sure to log out and log back in to check if you can access your file now. If you ever encounter this issue again, you can also head over to our website and connect with a live chat agent via the virtual assistant MOCA.
