MYOB Stuck in Backup Process

Hi,

The Backup on desktop seems to stuck forever. Build is latest version 2024.6.1.9

I have also tried log out and log back in, and restarted computer but issue persist, please help?

    Hi, I am having the same issue with the backup process, it takes so long!

    Thanks Jemar_C & Isaiah_C , the backup is working again, just taking a lot longer than it used to be, any tips to make it run faster please?

    Hi mui,

     

    Thank you for your post and I understand that the file is stuck in Back up in progress. This can be fix by running a script, can you please provide us the just the last four digits of your serial number to proceed.
