MYOB Stuck in Backup Process

A file being stuck during a backup can happen sometimes. To fix it, we just need to run a quick script over the file.
The best way to get that sorted is to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount. Let them know the file's stuck in backup mode, and they'll take care of it for you.
