MYOB Stuck in Backup

Hi, our MYOB account is stuck in backup mode and we urgently need to get into MYOB.

 

We are receiving the following error "The company file is currently backing up. You can sign on once the backup is complete."

 

Can someone please help as soon as possible?

    Hi Shellbell1912,

     

    Good news! We've run a script over your file on our end and that should've cleared out that "currently backing up" message for you. You should be right to jump back in now. If it does pop up again, best bet is to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can take a closer look in real time.
