Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. From what you’ve described, it sounds like the new user invitation is being created, but the setup email isn’t being received even after resending, cancelling, and re-adding the user. As you’ve already checked the spam/junk folder and confirmed the firewall isn’t blocking the email, this will need to be looked into further by our support team. Please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can investigate the invitation status in more detail and assist with the next steps.
