Thanks for reaching out. If the file has opened but there are no transactions showing, could you please double-check that the correct business is selected when you open it on the web?
If you’re already opening the right business and the transactions are still missing, the best next step would be to get in touch with our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can look into it further for you.
