That’s a bit odd, especially if this was working fine before. If the print to PDF option isn’t appearing in AccountRight, this is usually related to the Windows printer/PDF printer setup on the computer rather than the company file itself.
A good first step is to check whether Microsoft Print to PDF or Microsoft XPS Document Writer is available in Windows and try printing to that. If those options don’t appear in AccountRight, reinstalling or updating the PDF/printer driver can often help.

Additionally, if you’re still not seeing the PDF option after that, it may be best to speak with your IT person, as it can point to a local Windows printer configuration issue.
