Iam also experiencing the same problem here. I do not think the problem is from Microsoft Print to PDF as this function is working well in my computer. I am very disappointed with this matter happened recently by MYOB

Since Microsoft Print to PDF is working properly on your computer, this may be something specific to how MYOB is set up in your environment. The best next step would be to reach out to your IT team so they can properly check your MYOB setup and printing configuration from their side.
