No printing?

We cant print from accountright desktop online version, i have tried printing from other things which works. tried the shutdown but can print from the we version whats going on

    i found two items in the form which were Calibra changed those and it works now, i am not going to change the other 18 forms

Hi michael152,

 

Thanks for checking that. It looks like this may be related to the current printing issue being tracked here: Unable to print custom invoices. To continue printing, customers can try changing the form font, for example from Calibri to Arial, or uninstall the latest Windows update.
