Thanks for sharing details about your access issue.

 

Since the email doesn’t seem to be reaching your provider at all, it’d be best to contact support so they can check the email address you’re using and investigate further. They can confirm whether anything is blocking delivery on MYOB’s side and let you know the best next step from there. You can reach out by creating a ticket in My Account or connecting to our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
