Since taking over the bookkeeping of the business I work for there are many remittance advices not sent. As they are in a closed year 2019. How do I get rid of these. I has been suggested I click mark as done but cannot find this link in MYOB. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you. Jill

Sometimes this can be a bit tricky. You can manually change the delivery status of those old transactions to “Already printed and emailed.” This tells the system they’ve already been handled, which should remove those unfinished remittances from your print/email window. Clearing the To Be Printed or To Be Emailed windows
