OneDrive duplicating files

We have files saved in OneDrive that are being replicated. It seems to only replicate the files when the Myob add-in connector is running. There will be a heap of duplicate files created with the PC ...

For Backup and redundancy, keep you files in private cloud, google storage or drop box, One drive is a Microsoft shared feature which works on replication. if changes are made , it immediately impacts those changes, as such you may lose the data.
